Market Turning Slightly?

The yield on the 10-year treasury bond is down again today.  The downward movement today is primarily due to renewed fears that a recession is upon us.  At one point today, the 2-year treasury and 10-year treasury yield curves are briefly inverted.

An inversion in the yield curve generally happens during a decision.  Mortgage rates dipped briefly today.  The price of oil has seen its largest one-day drop in months.

The number of existing homes on the market continues to increase.  Days homes are on the market is also increasing although just off all-time lows.  We are not in a buyer’s market at this point but are moving in that direction.
